Commit To Sit is a unique self-paced journey toward starting or deepening an established meditation practice. Commit To Sit includes six segments covering everything from posture and ethical orientation to the Meditator's Toolkit that helps strengthen one's motivation and consistency for practice. Each segment includes access to a short videos where I present that segment's topic, along with practices and practical suggestions. Included will be audio guided meditations as a support for your practice that you can download and keep! You will also have the option of joining a Closed Facebook Group where you can have access to me as well as a community of previous participants where you can share your experiences and insights as well as ask questions that may arise during practice.
