Frank Jude Boccio is inviting you to a scheduled Zoom meeting. Mindfulness Yoga Virtual Sangha Practice Time: Each week on Sunday, the schedule for the upcoming week is posted. We meet most days once a day, either at 10 AM or 5 PM Tucson Time. A 90-min long sangha practice the third Sunday of every month under the group name Empty Mountain Sangha Online runs from 4:30 - 6 PM. This will be offered at another separate ZOOM link.
