Commit To Sit LIVE! is a unique journey toward starting or deepening an established meditation practice. Commit To Sit LIVE! takes place over seven weeks starting Saturday, Jan 2 covering everything from posture and ethical orientation to the Meditator's Toolkit that helps strengthen one's motivation and consistency for practice.
Each Saturday, for seven weeks, we meet via Zoom for one hour. For the first six weeks, you will be introduced to that week’s theme through live lecture and practice. You will then receive videos and audio guided meditations to support you during the week. You will always have access to stream the videos and the opportunity to download all guided meditations to keep! We wrap up the course on the seventh week with practice and discussion. Each session will be recorded for your personal review, or for in case you miss the live class.
NOTE: Included with registration is one individual consult with Poep Sa Frank Jude during the course and up to 3 months after the course ends on February 13.
As a participant in Commit To Sit LIVE! you will also have the option of joining the Closed Facebook Group where you can have access to me as well as a growing community of previous participants where you can share your experiences and insights as well as ask questions that may arise during practice.
Meditation is not the esoteric and inaccessible thing it is often made out to be, but rather a natural ability of the human mind. This course emphasizes the practical and is non-sectarian, secular, and available to all who wish to explore the depth and functioning nature of the mind.
