Minding the Mind: The 3rd Domain of Mindfulness

NOTE: NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! You do not have to have attended the previous two domains of mindfulness courses in order to take this course!
The Third Domain of Mindfulness taught by the Buddha is the mind. It can be said that the world is in the shape it is in because so few get the opportunity to truly investigate the nature of the mind and thus are unquestioningly led by the changing thoughts and mental states.

In this four-week course you will learn about the teachings of the Buddha regarding the mind as well as some critical thinking principles that will allow you to free yourself from believing everything you think you think!
